I bought this queen-size mattress protector for when guests arrive and I need to set up the sofa bed, and it was a great decision! The mattress is very comfortable, soft to the touch, and has a cool texture, perfect for sleeping well regardless of the surface underneath.It's the perfect thickness to add a layer of comfort without being uncomfortable or difficult to store. Plus, the small holes allow it to breathe, which prevents it from getting too hot during the night. The design is also very pretty and modern, adding a decorative touch to the space.
I was initially so happy with this topper. I bought it for the guest bed, and when I tried it out by lying down on it, it felt luxuriously plush. However, a week later I actually slept in the guest bed with the topper, and that was a totally different experience. While you initially sink down into the bed, which feels comforting, the topper then holds that impression of you, creating a hole that is difficult to navigate out of if you want to roll over. I am not a large person, but I still essentially got "stuck" in my own impression in the topper. It was like sleeping on a 30 year old mattress that had a comfort impression deeply worn into it. Maybe some people will like this feeling - like being "hugged and not let go" - I was not a fan. I'm giving it 3 stars because it is well-made and poofed up to the size advertised. There was also no chemical odor and it fit the bed very nicely.
Working well with a very firm mattress. Fits well on a king mattress. The sheets are a bit snug.
Great product and price. After giving it time to expand (72 hours) I've found this mattress topper to be supportive while softening our mattress that was much too firm. Definitely a huge improvement!
